Sometimes, it becomes necessary to update your email address. Maybe you’ve switched to a new provider, or your old email account is no longer in use. But don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! Updating your email address with us is simple and ensures that you will always receive important updates and information about your membership.
To update your email address, you have three convenient options to choose from:
- Simply reach out to our dedicated Member Services team by calling 1-800-852-4755. They’ll be more than happy to assist you.
- You can send an email to memberservices@resortcom.com. Please include your account number in your email and let us know if you’d like the new email address to be your primary one or an alternative on file.
- You can chat with our Member Services team by going to www.blog.myuvci.com and clicking on the chat icon in the bottom right corner of our website.
Keep in mind that for promotional purposes, these communications will only be sent to your primary email address on file with us.
If you have previously unsubscribed from our emails, please note that you won’t receive any further communication from us, even if your email address is still on file. But don’t worry, getting back on board is easy! Just email us at UVCIMarketing@blog.myuvci.com with your account number and the email address you wish to use. We will send you an email from UVC International with the subject line “Here is the resubscribe link you requested”. Simply open it, click “resubscribe me”, and you’re all set!
Below is a sample of the resubscribe email that you will receive from us. Note that when you receive your resubscribe email from us it will have your email address in the body of the email, noting which email will be resubscribed.
