Dear Member,
We hope this message finds you and your families safe and healthy. Over the past several weeks, we have engaged with many members who are eager to visit our resort destinations. I know there are thousands of team members eager to welcome you back to your home away from home. For over thirty years, we have and continue to deliver extraordinary vacation experiences through good and challenging times. This time, it’s no different. Our developers and everyone within our organization remains committed to you.
This month, we reopened several of our resorts to start welcoming you, our members, back. Each resort has worked tirelessly to ensure all safety measures are being followed keeping everyone’s safety in mind. We have previously communicated our detailed practices our detailed practices. Our primary focus continues to be social distancing and sanitization practices, and adherence to suggestions from the WHO (World Health Organization) and the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention).
We also have been listening closely to our members. Through social media, newsletters, blogs, e-mails and direct contact communication with our servicing company, ResortCom we have geared new promotional offerings based directly on your feedback. Our goal remains to welcome our Club family back home.
Lastly, I wanted to touch base regarding what to expect on vacation during this time. In this newsletter, several members who have traveled recently share their feedback so you can understand their experience firsthand. Members have shared many highlights of their vacations and we are thrilled to have them back. While things are different regarding increased cleanliness and safety measures, what remains is the unwavering dedication of each team member to serve you. We know they’ve missed you – life is much more fun with our Club family nearby!
