How to Update Your Email Address
To ensure you continue receiving important Club communications, you can update your email address using any of the three methods below.
1. Call Member Services

Calling our Member Services team remains one of the most efficient ways to update your information. Our trained representatives can not only update your email address but also review your entire account profile to ensure all information is current and accurate.
2. Email Member Services

Include your account number and let us know if the new email should be your primary contact or an alternate.
3. Use Our Live Chat Support

Troubleshooting Common Email Issues
Resubscribing After Unsubscribing
If you previously clicked “unsubscribe” from our emails, our system will honor that request and stop sending you email communications, even if your email address remains on file in your member account.
If you wish to resubscribe to emails after unsubscribing, you have two options:
Option 1: Contact Member Services
Reach out to Member Services through any of the three contact methods listed above and let our team know you’d like to resubscribe to member emails.
Our team will process your request and send you a resubscribe confirmation email titled “Here is the resubscribe link you requested” from UVC International.
Open the confirmation email and click “Resubscribe Me” to reactivate your email communications.
Option 2: Update Your Profile with Constant Contact

We use Constant Contact, our trusted email provider, for email marketing and member communications. If you prefer to manage your email preferences directly, follow these steps below to resubscribe. These steps will only work if you plan to use the email address already on file with us again:
- Open any email from us sent by clubmail@myuvci.com.
- Locate the “Update Profile” link in the email footer and click it. A browser page of “Update Your Profile” will open.
- Click “Submit” to receive an email with further instructions to update your profile.
- Check your inbox for an email titled “Update Your Profile” from UVC International. Open this email and click the “Update Your Profile” link.
- Update your preferences on the profile page that opens in your web browser. You can update your email address and check the appropriate box to continue receiving communications.
- Save your changes by clicking “Update Profile” to confirm and finalize your updates.
Managing Multiple Email Addresses
While you can have multiple emails on your account, only the primary email address on your member account will receive newsletters and promotions.
