Step 3: Set Up Your Digital Wallet

As part of the registration process, you will have the opportunity to set up your digital wallet. This crucial step allows you to securely store your credit card information, eliminating the need to provide it again at the resort. Additionally, it enables you to make seamless, cashless transactions throughout your stay.

Step 4: Confirm Your Details

Review all the information you’ve entered to ensure it’s correct. Confirm your check-in time, any special requests, and your payment method. Once you’ve completed these steps, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Please note that check-in is at 4:00 pm. If you arrive early, our bell staff can store your luggage, allowing you to begin enjoying the resort facilities right away. While the resort team may accommodate an earlier room check-in based on availability, kindly note that this cannot be guaranteed.

  1. I have done the pre-check in in the past and still had to go through the complete check in at the resort. When I asked why I had to do the check in twice all I got was a lot of shoulder shrugging and no answer. It would be nice if this process actually worked and not have to go through all the motions of another check in, having to avoid the pressure of scheduling a member update when I have no desire to update and then not getting my room key until they have completed the sales pitch. I’ve been an owner/member for 25 years give me my room key and leave me alone.

  2. We tried it a few years ago at VDP Cabo. The pre-check-in sign was too low to see it when the lobby was full of people.
