What Is ThirdHome?

How It Works
When you exchange one of your qualifying resort weeks into ThirdHome, you earn travel credits called Keys. Those Keys can then be used to book stays at thousands of luxury properties around the globe, from private villas and countryside estates to five-star resorts and private yachts. There are no direct or simultaneous exchanges required, which means you choose when and where you travel on your own schedule.
Key values vary based on your property, unit size, and the time of year you deposit. Peak and Super Peak season deposits at Villa Group resorts can earn 2x or even 3x the base Key value, giving you significantly more travel credits to work with.
A Special Offer for Qualifying Members
For members who enroll now, the $2,500 initiation fee has been waived, and you can earn up to $7,500 in bonus travel credits when you exchange qualifying resort weeks upon enrollment. Exchange one week and earn 2 bonus Keys; exchange two weeks and earn 5 bonus Keys. Annual dues are $295, beginning the calendar year following account activation, and exchange fees per stay range from $495 to $1,995 depending on the property.
Members also receive access to Keyless travel upon activating their account. Keyless bookings cover qualifying weeks available within 60 days of arrival and can be reserved without using your Keys at all, with just a small surcharge added to the exchange fee. It is an easy way to fill in a spontaneous getaway or try out a destination you have been curious about.
